Payment Methods:

Samurai Supply.com accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover from US and Canadian residents only.  Your credit cards will reflect Sy Enterprises as a billing description. For international orders we will accept Paypal only at this time.

Sales Tax:

Residents of New Jersey must pay sales tax calculated at checkout. Sorry, this is not optional and is not our choice. It is the law!

Shipping:
 

Samurai Supply.com works to ship your Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords, and/ or related Samurai Supplies as quickly as possible. At Samurai Supply.com we understand that quick shipping and receiving is as important to our customers as price and customer service. Samurai Supply.com ships within the Continental United States and Canada via UPS only! Please note, that UPS is not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.  You can however, enter a different shipping address then the billing information, and have your sword delivered that way. Also please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Most of Samurai Supply.com in stock items will be shipped the same day if you get your order in before 1pm EST.  UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends, so all orders are processed Monday through Friday only. If you need something for a Saturday delivery, please call us, or be sure to include request in notes when checking out and we will see if we can do a special pick up. 

All of our shipments go out with full insurance and signature required for delivery. You may place your order with 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air for faster delivery. If time is of the essence,  please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to get what you need as fast as possible. Extra shipping charges may apply. Once your order is completed by us, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for processing time. 

International Shipping:  We are sorry, but we NO LONGER ship outside the US and Canada.
 
Please be aware that there may be custom fees or other fees charged by your country. Samurai Supply.com is not responsible in any way for any additional fees that your country may charge. Some countries may have rules that require you to present import license papers or other paperwork. If you cannot present needed paperwork, your Samurai Sword, Katana Sword, Japanese Sword(s), and/ or related items may not be able to be delivered to you. Also, some countries have a limitation on the size of box that can be shipped. Please be aware of your countries import, and customs rules, and regulations, and we will do our best to work to get you your product(s).
 
Samurai Supply.com is not responsible for any return shipping fees in the situations where your delivery may be returned to us. The delivery may have to be abandoned due to excessive shipping fees.

Samurai Supply.com ships within the Continental United States and Canada via UPS only! Samurai Supply.com will ship via UPS ground as a standard if you do not choose otherwise. If you require faster delivery, or just simply want your product as quick as possible, you may choose from 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air.
 
Transit times:
 
Most of our in stock items will be shipped out the same day or within 24 hours as long as the order is in before 1pm EST on Monday through Friday, (this can be affected however if payment has been denied, or did not clear)  and you will be sent an email with your tracking number at that time. Please refer to our shipping map above for approximate transit times. This not in any means a guarantee. It is UPS's best guess. Please use as a reference guide only.

Returns:
 
Samurai Supply.com values your business, and is interested in your full satisfaction. We choose to be as fair as possible when it comes to dealing with complaints, and returns.  We will offer a 30 day money back guarantee on your purchase on qualified products.  This money back guarantee is on the product only as we cannot refund back your shipping charges.  For the return to be accepted, it needs to be unused, have all its original packaging and you will need to call us for a return number.
 
There may be a 15% restocking/ cancellation fee for orders canceled AFTER being placed to cover our processing costs. If you want a cash refund, or charges put back onto your credit card, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the charges to return on your statement. If you do not like your product, we will work with you for an exchange or credit, minus the shipping charges. At no time will shipping charges be refunded for any reason. If you need to return an item that was received damaged, please contact us for further assistance.
 
To begin the return process, please contact us with a detailed description, or reason for the return request within 5 days of your order arrival. Samurai Supply.com will then determine whether or not the item in question is eligible for an exchange, in store credit, or refund. (Minus shipping) After determining what course of action we will take, you will be issued a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items sent back without authorization. Any refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Authorized returns (minus shipping) will be accepted as long as we are contacted within 5 days of your order arrival. The items must be unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that it is at the discretion of Samurai Supply.com on all orders whether they are returnable items or not.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via UPS or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. Samurai Supply.com can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
PLEASE NOTE!
You must have returned all items within 30 days of your order arrival and receipt of a return authorization number or we cannot accept the return. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns unless you are exchanging the item because something was wrong with it. If there is a problem with your Samurai Sword, Katana Sword, Japanese Sword, and/ or related items, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the sword for it to be allowed to be exchanged. If you contact us after that date, you may not be able to return a damaged sword.
 
PLEASE NOTE!
All of the images on Samurai Supply.com may not match exactly to the Samurai Sword, Katana Sword, Japanese Sword, and/ or related items you receive. Samurai Supply.com does our very best to keep our images as up to date as possible, but manufacturers will often make slight changes to their product lines without notifying us. Therefore some samurai swords, katana swords, Japanese swords, and/ or related items may arrive slightly different than our images depict. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning this.
 
PLEASE NOTE!
Most of our Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, and Japanese Swords, and/ or related items come from forges in Asia. Almost all swords contain minor imperfections. Minor imperfections are NOT considered damaged swords and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned due to a minor imperfection.

 
PLEASE NOTE!
A loose saya or tsuba is not considered to be a "defect" and is considered to be regular maintenance. If your saya or tsuba becomes loose, please contact us, and we will be happy to walk you through the proper way to tighten up your saya or tsuba just the way you want it!
 
You must understand that the more inexpensive a product is, the more apt it is to come with minute defects. This is to be expected in buying very inexpensive Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords and/ or Samurai Supplies, and will NOT warrant us to pay return shipping charges. You may return the item if you are not happy with its looks, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees or restocking fees if you want a refund.
 
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Damaged Shipments:
 
Most of our swords are sent with signature upon delivery. When the package arrives and if you see that the packaging is damaged, inform the delivery person right away before signing! If your shipment arrives from the carrier and appears damaged in transit, please contact the shipper directly within 5 days to start an investigation. You will be given instructions by the shipper on how to proceed with a claim. Damage during transit is beyond our control and the carriers we use are very quick to handle any claims they deem to be their responsibility. Do not ship the item back to Samurai Supply, as the carrier will not honor the claim once it's re-shipped. If you need further assistance in the matter please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

If you place an order for an out of stock item Samurai Supply.com will contact you soon after your order was placed (usually within 72 hours) to notify you of that fact. You may request a cancellation of your order at that time by calling us at 1-800-640-31591-800-640-3159 FREE or emailing us at info@samuraisupply.com. You must leave a voice message or send us an email specifying CLEARLY that you are canceling your order or your order will remain as an open order and will be shipped to you when it arrives in stock.

If you later decide you do not want the sword after it is shipped you will be responsible for the 15% restocking fee. Please do NOT under any circumstances place another order if you have been told your item is out of stock. Contact us to let us know what you would like instead and we will adjust your payment up or down accordingly based upon your new selection. Placing a new order will be processed as all other orders by our fulfillment center as a brand new order.

Please understand that these guidelines are in place as a necessary precaution against frivolous purchasing and returning of weapons for the sake of �trying them out�. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Sword laws:
 
Samurai Supply.com is not responsible in any way for providing any information regarding the rules, laws, and/ or regulations regarding Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords, and/ or Samurai Supplies in the area where you live. It is entirely up to you to check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area. Samurai Supply.com is also not responsible in any way for any misuse of our Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords, and/ or Samurai Supplies and related items. Our Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords, and/ or related items are sold for decorative, and collector's purposes only. What you do with your Samurai Swords, Katana Swords, Japanese Swords, and/ or related items is entirely up to you, and any misuse is purely at the discretion of the owner of the Samurai Sword, Katana Sword, Japanese Sword, and/ or related Samurai Supplies.
